Job Description – Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer Position Title: Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer Experience Level: 5–8 Years Location: Dubai Department: Information Technology (IT) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer to  manage, support, and optimize the organization's on-premises, cloud, and network infrastructure. The  ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support expertise across Microsoft technologies,  enterprise networking, virtualization, security, backup solutions, and cloud platforms including  Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of  the company's IT infrastructure and network environments while supporting business-critical systems  and leading technology transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Administration  Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure environments.  Administer Windows Server environments and related services.  Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.  Manage operating system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.  Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and operational standards. Active Directory & Identity Management  Administer Active Directory, Organizational Units (OUs), DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policies  (GPOs).  Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect.  Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM).  Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security policies. Microsoft 365 Administration  Administer and support:  o Exchange Online o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint Online o OneDrive for Business o Microsoft Intune o Microsoft Defender o Microsoft Purview (Preferred)  Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and group-based licensing.  Troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, synchronization, and security-related issues.  Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance initiatives. Page 2 of 6 Network Administration & Operations LAN/WAN/WLAN Management  Manage and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity.  Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices.  Administer switches, routers, wireless controllers, and network appliances.  Ensure network availability, reliability, and performance across multiple locations.  Perform network capacity planning and bandwidth optimization. Switching Technologies  VLANs  Trunking  STP, RSTP, MSTP  EtherChannel / LACP  Port Security  MAC Address Management Routing Technologies  Static Routing  Inter-VLAN Routing  Policy-Based Routing  OSPF  BGP (Preferred)  EIGRP (Preferred) Wireless & Connectivity  Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure and controllers.  Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.  Manage IP addressing, subnetting, redundancy, and failover mechanisms. Cloud Infrastructure Administration Microsoft Azure  Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and Virtual Networks.  Configure VPN Gateways, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and hybrid connectivity.  Administer Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.  Support Azure networking and security services.  Optimize Azure resource utilization and costs. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)  Administer OCI Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security services.  Manage Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), Route Tables, Security Lists, and Load Balancers.  Configure OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).  Support OCI Backup, Monitoring, and Disaster Recovery solutions.  Participate i
