Joining us as a  Lead IT Business Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects/products for the growing EU and Public Sector business units of Netcompany. As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will: • Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation • Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities • Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications • Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development
