About the Role We are hiring a Lead Recruiting Partner to own and deliver critical hiring across Pagaya's U.S. business, with a primary focus on NYC-based teams spanning Partnerships, Sales, Product, Structured Finance, Risk, Capital Markets, and G&A. This is a senior Individual Contributor role designed for an execution-focused recruiter who thrives in a lean, fast-paced builder environment. The role focuses on transforming talent acquisition into a modern, tech-enabled function through AI-forward automations , advanced sourcing strategies, data analysis, and strategic business partnership. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly technical and confidential U.S.-based roles up to Senior Director level Map competitive target markets and analyze niche talent pools Build passive talent pipelines and support succession planning Advise hiring managers and senior executives using market intelligence and compensation analytics Maintain Greenhouse ATS data hygiene and deliver weekly reporting Partner with tech and operations teams to adopt AI-driven sourcing automations Collaborate with recruiting peers and People teams on compensation benchmarking and talent planning Enhance employer branding and candidate messaging Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to close candidates Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives and mentor recruiting team members Qualifications 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within fintech, consumer lending, investment banking, or fast-growing tech-forward environments Expertise in mapping highly technical target markets Strong interest in advanced tech stacks, automation tools, and AI sourcing platforms Advanced command of Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and data analytics tools Deep knowledge of NYC and broader U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and equity structures Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and organizational changes Strong execution skills with strategic thinking and attention to detail Compensation Compensation range for New York-based hires: $150,000–$180,000 USD More than just a job The company offers benefits programs and perks designed to support employee health, happiness, and productivity.
