WHOOP is hiring a Learning Experience Design Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable the Membership Services organization to perform at its highest level. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to translate operational priorities into scalable learning solutions, leveraging instructional design expertise, learning technologies, and AI-powered tools to accelerate employee performance and continuously improve the member experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences—including eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs—that accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance. - Own and administer the Membership Services Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is effectively deployed, governed, maintained, and measured. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop scalable enablement programs that align with business objectives. - Leverage instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to create high-quality, learner-centric experiences that can scale across a growing global organization. - Establish and continuously improve learning design standards, governance processes, and content frameworks that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across learning initiatives. - Measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning programs through performance metrics, learner analytics, and business impact, using insights to continuously optimize learning experiences. - Lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning and new hire onboarding - Provide lateral support to Training Delivery - Support a Global Membership Services team and have the ability to flex working hours QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field, with experience developing digital learning solutions. - Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, and governance. - Demonstrated experience creating eLearning using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms. - Strong instructional design foundation with the ability to translate complex business processes into engaging, performance-focused learning experiences. - Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, content development, and operational efficiency. - Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
