Description
This is an excepted service appointment under the DOJ Pathways Recent Graduates Program for the Wildlife and Marine Resources Section. The Section litigates complex civil cases under federal wildlife laws and laws concerning the protection of marine fish and mammals, including the Endangered Species Act, the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
