JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Head of Legal and Company Secretary, this position is responsible for:

Under Contracts:
The provision of legal services to Subsidiaries, Head Office (Shared Services Functions and Central Functions) and non-Retail Business Functions. Legal services entail Contracting, Intellectual Property Management, Legal Opinion and Research, Probate Administration and Legal Awareness Training.

Under Compliance:
•	Identify, manage, monitor and control legal risks.
•	Provide legal advisory support to business.
•	Advise, monitor and support compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
