Job Title: B2B Content Writer (Legal Technology)
Location: Remote
Objective: Provide ongoing content marketing support to build brand awareness, generate demand, and support lead generation beyond paid advertising and events. Serve as an extension of the marketing team, creating cohesive, campaign-driven content aligned with company voice and marketing objectives.
Profile Overview: Experienced B2B content writer with a strong background in legal technology and injury law industry. Must quickly understand complex software solutions and translate them into engaging, customer-focused content for personal injury law firms. Collaborate with marketing team, product marketing, and subject matter experts across multiple channels.
Scope & Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, with potential to increase. Ongoing contract engagement. Participate in planning meetings, interview internal subject matter experts, and collaborate as needed.
Responsibilities:
Write long-form blog articles and resource content
Develop monthly customer and prospect email campaigns
Create compelling case studies highlighting customer success stories
Write landing page copy for marketing campaigns and product initiatives
Produce organic social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels
Support product launches, feature announcements, and integration releases with coordinated messaging
Create campaign-based content ensuring consistency across blogs, emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and social media
Adapt messaging for enterprise and mid-market law firm segments
Interview internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather technical insights and customer perspectives
Maintain established brand voice while responsibly using AI as a drafting tool
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience writing for B2B SaaS companies
Experience writing for legal technology, legal services, or plaintiff law firms strongly preferred
Excellent long-form and short-form content writing skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content
Experience developing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization
Experience interviewing subject matter experts and incorporating technical input
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience working within HubSpot marketing environments preferred
