SwimExpert is looking to add to its team of dedicated swimming teachers in Southampton Shifts available: Tuesday 4pm-10pm Thursday 4pm-10pm Saturday 7am-11.30am £20-£24 PHR We need customer-focused, passionate teachers who loves teaching adults and children how to swim on a 1-2-1 basis. We’ll provide you with: • Lovely working environment in hotel and school pools • A variety of motivated regular clients • Plenty of teaching with hours to suit (generally afternoons/evenings and weekends) • Up to 4 CPD's per year free to attend and daily support via our Operations team • Creative freedom to tailor sessions while working within the SwimEngland National Plan • Staff discounts at our web-shop (theswimmingshop.com & simplyswim.com) • Minimal administration (our team deal with all the customer bookings and queries) so you can concentrate on teaching Requirements: • A true love of swimming with a friendly caring personality • SwimEngland (ASA) Level 2 or STA Award and or Certificate Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification) • Experience of swimming teaching ideally • A recognised pool rescue award (preferable)
