As an LPN, you'll work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses in a collaborative outpatient setting where your clinical skills and contributions are valued. Schedule • 40 Hour per week • Monday-Friday What You'll Do • Room patients and complete clinical intake, including vital signs and health history • Assist providers during exams and procedures • Perform EKGs, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and other clinical procedures • Administer medications and immunizations within LPN scope of practice • Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care • Accurately document care in the electronic medical record • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited LPN program • Current Massachusetts LPN license • Current AHA BLS certification • Previous healthcare experience required • Outpatient or physician practice experience preferred Benefits • Competitive pay • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 403(b) with company match • Certification and continuing education reimbursement • Wellbeing reimbursement and wellness programs • Life insurance and voluntary benefits • Free financial coaching Ready to grow your nursing career? Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
