We are open to candidates ranging from Level I through Senior, with responsibilities and compensation assigned based on demonstrated skill set, technical experience, and organizational fit. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that can be performed fully remotely, with hybrid in-office options available for candidates in or near Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be as proud as we are to have the privilege of delivering unmatched support and user-friendly software. Our unwavering customer service and technical support is one of the main reasons for our continued business success. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and secure our enterprise-grade RHEL-based infrastructure across the organization.
