Overview Hi there! We’re Testlio, a trusted global software testing company that partners with some of the world’s leading brands. We are looking for Magenta TV users based in Poland for a feedback study we’re conducting for one of our clients. If you have a Magenta TV subscription that comes with a Set-Top-Box (TV Box), are located in Poland and speak Polish and English fluently, we’d like to invite you to participate in our case study. We’d like to hear about your experience with your Smart TV interfaces. This helps our client understand its users and improve the experience for you in the future. Requirements: Age: Must be 18 or older Location: Poland Language: Polish (Native) & English (Fluent) Subscription & Device: Magenta TV Set-Top-Box (STB) What You Will Do: We will ask you to complete both specific and exploratory tasks within your TV service provider's platform. You will then provide your feedback on your experience with those tasks and the platform overall. The goal of this study is to understand how you, as a user, perceive the STB performance and ease of use, as well as to understand your experience with things such as navigation, content discovery, and interacting with the TV interface itself. The study should take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours . Payment: You will receive a flat payment of $150 USD for participating. You will be paid via PayPal or Payoneer . How to start? You will first be required to create an account on our website, Testlio. Our company connects freelancers with various testing teams, and through this account you will be able to access the feedback survey and all the materials needed. You will also be paid for your participation through the website, once you finalize your feedback study. Follow the “Create an account” button and begin your initial setup, which should take no longer than 15-20 minutes. We recommend using a Laptop/PC for this step.
