Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced MALM Configuration Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Manhattan Active® Labor Management to lead labor management configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across large-scale supply chain transformation programs. This role requires hands-on experience with Manhattan Labor Management configuration, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, engineered labor standards, workforce performance processes, and the ability to partner with client stakeholders to design scalable labor management solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to operations, business, and technical teams while owning key MALM configuration workstreams. This person will help ensure the labor management solution supports productivity tracking, performance visibility, incentive programs, standards management, operational reporting, and continuous improvement goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead MALM configuration workstreams across implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects. Own configuration design for Manhattan Active® Labor Management processes, including labor standards, job codes, activity tracking, indirect time, travel time, performance measurement, and productivity reporting. Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MALM configuration solutions. Lead client workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, validate current-state processes, and define future-state labor management workflows. Configure Manhattan Labor Management components to support operational needs across distribution center functions. Partner with warehouse operations teams to understand labor processes across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cross-dock, and value-added services. Support labor standard setup, maintenance, validation, and alignment with operational processes. Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment. Review and validate configuration changes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to implementation standards. Support integration discussions involving WMS, LMS, ERP, timekeeping, workforce management, reporting, and external systems.
