As the Manager, Pricing & Commercial Strategy , you will support the development and optimization of pricing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across our Marketplace and Software businesses.    Working closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership, you will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and commercial performance to develop pricing recommendations, evaluate strategic opportunities, and inform key business decisions. You will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to build business cases, guide cross-functional initiatives, and deliver executive-ready recommendations that support the company's pricing and growth strategy. This position reports to the Vice President, Pricing & Commercial Strategy .   What you'll do Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive the company's short, medium, and long-term revenue growth objectives across the Marketplace and Software businesses   Develop and recommend pricing models, packaging, and commercial offers aligned to product roadmaps, customer needs, and strategic priorities, ensuring market competitiveness and profitable growth   Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to identify opportunities to optimize pricing, monetization, cross-sell strategies, and overall revenue performance.    Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and executive-ready recommendations to evaluate pricing initiatives, commercial investments, and strategic growth opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership as required.   Support the evolution of pricing governance and processes by developing pricing frameworks, improving decision-making tools, and promoting consistent pricing practices across the organization.   Challenge existing commercial approaches and champion innovative pricing and monetization strategies , identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the pricing and offer portfolio.    Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to align pricing and commercial strategies with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and corporate objectives, while delivering regular executive reporting on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.   What you'll need Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.   Experience: 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking at a top-tier firm, or in corporate strategy or commercial strategy roles, preferably within digital, marketplace, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses.   Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, structured problem-solving, and development of executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.   Data & Insights: Experience working with large datasets
