Experience or internship with animal tissue will be great. Continuous improvement experience. Lean & Six Sigma will be required. CAPA experience. ISO, FDA, GMP are important elements, someone with medical device exp will be able to suffice on that. Exp working in the engineering realm or Production supervisor will be a must. Experience with New  Product Introduction will be great to have in the manufacturing line. Supply Chain realm experience will not be considered. Need to work in a clean room environment. Need someone who is Pro-active and is a go getter. Some travel involved maybe to Brazil, Costa Rica or Europe, 5-10% and hence, valid passport is needed. Bi-lingual English with Portuguese or Spanish. 100% onsite role. Non-locals are okay who are willing to relocate at their own expense. This is a contract to hire role. Master's degree in the right realm like industrial will be okay. Top Skills : Problem solving skills from an engineering standpoint ; Excel & PowerPoint ; Great communication skills ; proactive ; flexible with the schedule.
