If so, we’re looking for a  Market Strategy Lead RO to join us on the journey to success.   In this role, you will be responsible for shaping tbi's market strategy in Romania by transforming customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into impactful initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products, campaigns, and customer experience remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with the needs of the local market What You’ll do: ·       Lead the market strategy for Romania by monitoring consumer trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. ·       Transform market insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Growth, Brand, Product, Media, and Business teams. ·       Own the creation and prioritization of business briefs, ensuring objectives, target audience, value proposition, and success measures are clearly defined before execution. ·       Adapt central campaigns and product propositions to the Romanian market, ensuring they are relevant, customer-focused, and aligned with local needs. ·       Partner with Product, Growth, Business Lines, Media, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to align local priorities with central initiatives. ·       Review customer-facing communication to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the tbi brand while considering local market specifics. ·       Identify customer pain points, market barriers, and opportunities to improve customer adoption, engagement, and trust. ·       Analyze campaign and business performance, turning data and market insights into recommendations for continuous improvement. ·       Act as the voice of the Romanian market within the Growth & Marketing organization, representing local customer needs and market realities in strategic discussions. ·       Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions that support business growth.   What you’ll need to succeed: 7+ years of experience in Market Strategy, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role within banking, fintech, consumer finance, payments, or digital products. Strong understanding of the Romanian market, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to turn market insights into clear strategies, customer propositions, and actionable business recommendations. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Brand, Media, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively
