Assist in planning and participate in on-/off-line marketing event & activities Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and serve as a key contact for members, providing event recommendations and planning support Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement Support graphic design and visual content for projects, online and offline Assist to optimise the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency Assist and operate Corporate Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu accounts, including posts/shorts/video design, graphics, copywriting, and on-camera presentations (such as create compelling video scripts, dialogues, etc.) Achieve targeted growth, stay updated on the latest social media trends and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior Requirements Bachelor Degree or above in Creative Media, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, Minimum 3 year of expo/ event / promoter management experience is highly preferred Proficiency in graphic design software and social media channels (Proficiency in using AI tools is a plus) Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivated with can-do attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English Be responsive with ability to work independently under pressure Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer Benefits Attractive remuneration package Career progression opportunities Discretionary performance bonus Medical & Dental insurance Birthday leave Anniversary leave Study leave Study subsidy scheme Employee property loan / personal loan scheme Numerous other staff benefits
