Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential for this project. ### Detailed Requirements We are seeking an intermediate-level graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and label design work, preferably in a regulated industry. ### Core Requirements: * **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator**: Must be highly skilled in vector graphics creation and manipulation. * **Design Experience**: Proven experience in packaging design, including understanding of structural requirements and print specifications. * **Label Design**: Experience designing product labels, considering space constraints, legibility, and information hierarchy. * **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous eye for detail, crucial for ensuring compliance and accuracy in medical device labeling. * **Understanding of Healthcare/Medical Context**: While not a regulatory expert, an awareness of the importance of clarity, safety, and brand consistency in healthcare products is vital. * **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with our marketing and product teams for feedback and iterations. * **Availability**: Expected timeline of 3 months; ability to commit to milestones and deadlines. * **Location**: Freelancer can be remote, but must be comfortable with working within or adapting to the Singapore time zone for effective collaboration. ### Deliverables The project will involve several stages, culminating in print-ready files and original source assets. ### Key Deliverables: * **Initial Concept Sketches/Mood Boards**: Presentation of various design directions for packaging and labels based on our brand guidelines and product specifications. * **Primary Packaging Designs**: Development of designs for boxes, cartons, or other primary packaging elements (e.g., blister packs, pouches) in multiple size variants as needed. * Includes front, back, and side panels, incorporating product information, regulatory symbols, and branding. * **Product Label Designs**: Creation of distinct labels for the medical devices themselves, ensuring clear identification, usage instructions, and safety warnings. * Design must accommodate various label sizes and application methods. * **Material Specification Recommendations**: Input on appropriate materials, finishes, and printing techniques that align with design and functional requirements. * **Print-Ready Files**: Final, high-resolution vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) optimized for professional printing, including die-lines and color profiles. * **Source Files**: All native Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files with organized layers and linked assets. ### Timeline & Budget - **Expected Timeline**: 3 Months - **Budget Range**: $3000 - $5000
