Description
Sentec is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose, repair, calibrate, and test complex medical and respiratory devices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems and takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and technical craftsmanship.  What You’ll Do  Perform bench-level diagnostics, repair, calibration, and functional testing of medical devices  Install, configure, and validate hardware and software upgrades  Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support to internal teams and customers  Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and improve performance  Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on technical repair experience (electronics, mechanical, or electromechanical systems)  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or similar (preferred) Medical device or regulated industry experience a plus  Comfortable balancing hands-on repair with documentation and compliance  Why Sentec  Work on advanced medical and respiratory technology  Hands-on technical role—not a call center  Ongoing technical and product training  Career growth opportunities (Senior Technician, Technical Specialist)  Benefits Meaningful work in a rapidly growing company with opportunity for advancement Directly influence the quality of products and make a difference for patients worldwide Opportunities for professional and personal growth The salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, plus bonus, commensurate with experience and credentials Sentec offers competitive benefits like Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and 401K matching, as well as paid parental leave, a wellness stipend and tuition reimbursement.
