Blackbird Health is clinician-founded and delivers virtual and in-person mental health services with a whole-child approach focused on pediatric care. Position Summary As a Blackbird Medical Services Residency Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the PMHNP Residency Program while also delivering excellent clinical care to your own caseload of patients. This is a practicing clinical leadership role. You will oversee day-to-day clinical residency operations, directly supervise and precept psychiatric nurse practitioner residents, and lead staff development through targeted training, seminars, and ongoing clinical education. In this role, you will guide residents in building high-quality caseloads, achieving productivity milestones, and mastering evidence-based practices. You will also support residency curriculum development and academic partnerships.
