Medical Virtual Assistant – Primary Care & Wellness (Remote) Employment: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch) Preferred Location: Philippines Pay: $5.00–$6.00 per hour Description Join a growing Florida-based Primary Care, Women's Health, Wellness & Aesthetics, and HRT practice as a Medical Virtual Assistant. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience by providing outstanding phone support and administrative assistance. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls, return missed calls, and assist new patient inquiries. • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. • Educate patients about services and next steps. • Manage medical records and support referrals. • Send invoice reminders and follow up on outstanding balances. • Assist with insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations when needed.
