As you grow through projects with global leaders, you’ll be constantly evolving, while being supported in an environment built on  trust ,  respect , and  empowerment . Responsibilities Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with product goals. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements. Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify scope, answer questions, and support delivery. Drive Sprint ceremonies from the product side (refinement, planning, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master/Agile Lead. Ensure the team is building the right thing by validating outcomes using feedback, data, and stakeholder input. Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies. Support release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful rollouts. Requirements 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role with clear PO responsibilities. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria. Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders. Comfort collaborating with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs at a practical level. Analytical mindset; ability to prioritize based on impact, risk, and effort. Nice to Have Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., user interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis testing). Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, Miro/Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Prior exposure to APIs, integrations, or platform products.
