Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is providing all systems administration and engineering skill sets for the US Army's global email systems for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at Tinker Air Force Base. This is a high visibility program with over 2 million supported end users. We are currently interviewing for a MIM Administrator to support this initiative in a 24/7 shift work environment. This role operates Mon-Fri on the swing shift (4PM-12A), with telework permitted 2-3 days per week. Alternative shifts may be available in the future based on team availability. Essential Functions: Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support. Monitor server performance and availability. Ensure Windows server availability compliance to Service Level Agreements. Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and installing applications. Promote and maintain server patch management practices. Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate. Support and maintain SharePoint Support and maintain Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS). Knowledge and support of Exchange functions. Knowledge and support of identity lifecycle processes. Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate. Critical thinking and troubleshooting to support mission requirements.
