Senior Cloud Engineer: As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will perform cloud and system administration while building, maintaining, and optimizing new and existing cloud-based systems. You will ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of cloud environments, supporting business operations through effective infrastructure management and continuous improvement. Duties and Responsibilities: •Propose automation/improvements and work with stakeholders to deliver win-win solutions •Improve the capability and efficiency of the Cloud Engineering team and the company’s wider IT department •Administer an existing Public Cloud environment – build, deploy and maintain servers (linux & windows) and services in AWS •Manage Puppet controlled infrastructure •Develop and build new cloud-based systems running in a Public Cloud •Investigate new cloud technology releases for suitability to improve platform •Prepare and maintain supporting documentation •Lead the design and architecture of new cloud solutions, ensuring reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency •Support and maintain production systems, acting as escalation point for complex incidents and leading root cause analysis •Drive security best practice and cost optimisation across the cloud environment •Mentor and coach the Mid-level Cloud Engineer and other team members Mid-level Cloud Engineer: As a Mid-level Cloud Engineer, you will perform cloud and system administration while building, maintaining, and optimizing new and existing cloud-based systems. Duties and Responsibilities: •Administer of an existing Public Cloud environment – build, deploy and maintain servers and services in AWS •Administration of Linux and Windows servers •Manage Puppet controlled infrastructure •Develop and build new cloud-based systems running in a Public Cloud •Contribute to and propose further infrastructure automation initiatives •Investigate new cloud technology releases for suitability to improve platform •Prepare and maintain of supporting documentation •Support and maintain production systems. •Act with honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence and in the best interest of stakeholders and customers at all time •Contribute to the company’s customer-focused culture and be accountable for ensuring positive customer outcomes and responsible lending practices are adhered to •Deal with all legislative and regulatory bodies in an open, constructive and cooperative way •Identify potential key risk areas and compliance issues; reporting and escalating concerns appropriately •Take reasonable steps to prevent matters arising that would adversely affect the economic standing or reputation of the organisation Requirements Must-have Skills/Qualification: For Mid-level: At least 3 years of experience For Senior Level: At least 5 years of experience •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related •Experience as a cloud engineer or similar; responsible for the follo
