Middle Office Analyst – Bonds About Market Securities Market Securities is an independent international broker-dealer providing execution and liquidity solutions across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and Structured Products. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Middle Office Analyst – Bonds to join our Operations Hub in Tunis. You will play a key role in supporting our Fixed Income business by ensuring the smooth processing of trades from execution through settlement while maintaining the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities • Support the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products. • Monitor trade capture, confirmations and settlement. • Manage settlements across Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds, SSA and Emerging Markets through Euroclear, Clearstream and domestic markets. • Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and unmatched trades. • Liaise daily with traders, brokers, counterparties, custodians and clearing agents. • Perform reconciliations and support accurate P&L reporting. • Maintain strong operational controls and escalate risks where appropriate. • Contribute to high settlement rates and excellent client service. What we're looking for • 2–5 years' experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations or Settlements. • Experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, asset manager, custodian or clearing firm. • Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement processes. • Familiarity with Euroclear and/or Clearstream is highly desirable. • Corporate Actions (Coupon Processing) experience is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Advanced Excel skills. • Interest in AI tools and their application within Operations. • Fluent English.
