Job Summary: As a Senior .NET Engineer - Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will lead a team of .NET developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and mentor team members will be key to achieving project goals. What You Will Do: Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software developers in a collaborative and results-driven environment. Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time project completion. Utilize your expertise in investment and wealth management to provide guidance and insight to the team. Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain product excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize your technical proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub. Leverage your experience in cloud implementation, particularly in AWS and Azure. Requirements Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven 10+ years experience in software team leadership and project management. Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub. Experience with cloud implementation, especially in AWS and Azure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
