Upway is the leading marketplace for certified refurbished e-bikes, operating across Europe and the US. We buy, refurbish, and resell e-bikes with a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless, reliable customer experience. Upway is hiring a New Services Manager to lead one of our new business verticals globally. This is a critical role to develop new revenue streams beyond e-bike sales. You will own and execute the strategy for the Equip vertical, dedicated to accessories and bike customization. You will have P&L responsibility and will work cross functionally with both internal partners (Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing) and external stakeholders to deliver solutions tailored to each market’s specific opportunities and challenges. The role is based in Paris, with travel across Europe (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands) and occasional trips to the US.
