SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Night Auditor for Glyfada Riviera Hotel Job Brief and Purpose: The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members and other employees. Main Duties and Tasks: To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to): Checking-in and checking-out guests and members Concierge-tasks Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations Observance of order, cleanliness and safety in the public areas of the hotel Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots In charge of the Health & Safety and well being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift Requirements Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Working experience in the hospitality industry Customer-oriented and friendly personality Attention to detail and a structured way of working Excellent English language skills Benefits Excellent working environment Continuous training and development Career development and opportunities SWOT Hospitality is a leading Hotel Management company, trusted by international investors, developers, and top-scale hospitality brands.
