Description
The intern will support the Nonclinical Pharmacology teams for routine analysis and/or analytical method development. After the appropriate training in selected assays, the following is the expectation: • Participate in routine analysis in the laboratories; • Execute binding and biological characterization assays in support to assay development and qualification, clone/process selection, similarity, comparability and mode of action evaluation of Biosimilars products at different stages of development. • Generate, analyze data (graph results, tables…); • Record all experiments (including equipment, materials and reagents) in a daily routine by using an electronic laboratory notebook; • Record all materials received or disposed by using our electronic inventory system; • Participate to the daily tasks of the laboratories (routine analyses, calibration of instruments, cleaning, etc…); • Participate to the life of the team (team meeting, regular updates, and presentation of results, etc…); • As appropriate, provide support the development and/or qualification of an analytical method for a monoclonal antibody; • If required, support in writing laboratory documentation in English. Qualification profile Education & Languages: • Education: CFC or Bachelor in biology/biotechnology/pharma/Analytical domain. Preferably, basic knowledge of cell based functional assays methods, cell culture, protein binding assays (SPR (Biacore), ELISA methodology…) and analysis and reporting of results; • Knowledge of development of biopharmaceutical drugs and their characterization (e.g. Fab and Fc activities…); • Previous working experience in a lab is an asset; • Good level of organization and precision skills; • Like scientific challenges; • Languages: Fluent in French and/or English – Technical reading comprehension in English is essential; Computer literacy: Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Internship Information • Start Date: 01.10.2026 • Duration: Minimum 12 months, Maximum 18 months
