Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and launch to optimization and discontinuation.
• Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis.
• Lead new product launches, product renovations, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
Commercial & Business Management
• Own category performance, including revenue, profitability, and key business KPIs.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to optimize inventory and business performance.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Marketing & Communications
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging.
• Develop integrated marketing communication strategies across digital, social, PR, CRM, events, and sales channels.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Support sales teams with product training and commercial tools.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment among key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management.
• Strong experience within the health supplement, nutrition, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industry.
• Deep understanding of health supplement manufacturing, commercialization, sales, and marketing communications.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred
• Experience working in a multinational organization.
• Exposure to beauty, personal care, wellness technology, or connected device categories.
• People management and team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of health supplement regulations and claims management.
• Experience working with regional or global product teams.
