Job Title: Nurse Injector – 3 Day Work Week   Location: Highlands Ranch   If you are a highly skilled Nurse Injector (PA, RN, NP, or equivalent) with a passion for aesthetic medicine and building authentic, trust-based client relationships, Switchboard is representing an award-winning Med Spa that wants to meet you!   About the Role - Work just 3 days per week and enjoy a balanced schedule - First year total compensation: $150,000–$175,000 - Join a top-tier, award-winning Med Spa with over a decade of client loyalty, renowned for delivering natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results.   What You’ll Do - Conduct in-depth, thoughtful consultations to understand each client’s goals - Build lasting, trusting client relationships by educating, advising, and delivering exceptional injectable and non-surgical treatments - Confidently and naturally recommend and sell customized treatment plans based on client needs - Provide treatment with a high level of technical expertise and safety - Stay current in emerging trends, products, and techniques in aesthetics   Requirements - 5+ years experience as an injector in the aesthetics industry - Active PA, RN, NP, or equivalent licensure - Proven ability to convert consultations into services by genuinely advising and educating clients - Strong communication skills with an approachable, professional demeanor - Commitment to the highest standards of safety and care   Benefits - Flexible 3-day-per-week schedule - Outstanding total compensation of $150K–$175K first year - 2 weeks PTO - Work in a beautiful, owner-operated Med Spa with a supportive, high-achieving team - Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth
