✨ Online English Teaching Role | Based in Umhlanga ✨ If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, thinks quickly on your feet, and brings a bit of energy into everything you do, this could be a good fit. We’re growing our team of centre-based English instructors in Umhlanga, working with adult learners across the globe. The setup is structured, fast-moving, and built for scale, so while there’s no lesson planning required, you’ll need to be comfortable staying sharp, present, and engaged throughout your sessions. 🧩 What the role looks like You’ll be delivering live, structured English lessons from our Umhlanga centre using a fully integrated teaching platform. Classes are interactive and paced, with built-in tools and guided content. Your focus is on delivery, engagement, and keeping things flowing smoothly. You’ll be working in a professional, team-driven environment with access to a strong tech setup and ongoing support when needed. ⏰ Available shifts & salary ranges • Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 SAST (Break: 13:00 – 14:00) Range: R10 000 – R12 000 • Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 SAST (Break: 13:00 – 14:00) Range: R10 000 – R12 000 • Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 18:00 SAST (Break: 13:00 – 14:00) Range: R8 500 – R10 500 ✔️ What you’ll need • A completed Bachelor’s Degree (any field) • A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification • Based in or near Umhlanga with reliable transport • Comfortable working on-site, including weekends • Solid computer skills and confidence navigating digital platforms • Ability to manage multiple tools during a live session (screen share, prompts, live feedback, etc.) 🌿 What tends to work well in this role • You stay calm when things move quickly • You’re naturally warm and engaging without overdoing it • You can balance structure with personality • You’re organised and able to juggle a few things at once • You don’t mind sticking closely to a set lesson flow • You generally enjoy a bit of pace and momentum in your workday
