Context & Team You will join the  Client Services EMEA – Operations domain , a team dedicated to supporting and advising our European clients in their use of the Murex platform. Our mission is to: • Ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the platform for  Back Office   users (Collateral, Settlements, Regulatory Reports, Life Cycle,   … ) • Provide expert support across  incident resolution, configuration, and implementation. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver  innovative solutions  in a fast-paced and demanding environment. • Foster strong client relationships through  training, governance, and strategic advisory . You’ll work with  a   diverse and multicultural client base across Europe,  with opportunities for  travel and direct client engagement. Your missions • Support clients in using and configuring the Murex platform, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. • Collaborate with internal product and development teams to deliver fixes and new features. • Participate in  projects of modernization, migration, and module implementation , including design, configuration, and validation. • Deliver  training sessions  (internal and external) and contribute to continuous documentation improvement. • Act as a  trusted advisor : present platform evolutions, report activities, and contribute to client governance strategies. • Embrace innovation and creativity to meet the evolving needs of capital markets. Your profile • Master’s degree from a top‑tier engineering school or university, with a strong focus on financial markets and/or applied mathematics. • Strong interest in IT and software development; knowledge of Unix environments, SQL, and Oracle/Sybase is considered an asset. • Excellent analytical abilities combined with a structured problem‑solving approach. • Client‑oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural, and international environment. • Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe
