Description
Sika is looking for an experienced Operator to join our growing team in Versailles, Kentucky. At Sika, the Operator will operate production equipment in a safe manner to produce parts to specification. Key Responsibilites: Ensure equipment is setup/ functioning properly and notify Supervisor of any issues immediately including issues related to productivity, safety, or quality Work to a standardized process by following work instructions and procedures Follow latest revisions of all documentation Only perform work that you are fully trained to perform Do not perform any job assignments that you feel jeopardize the quality of product and notify Supervisor of any circumstance for clarification, questionable feelings Read, understand, and follow all quality bulletins posted Identify & quarantine all suspect material Fill out all documentation & notices fully
