Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Oracle Functions Professional ( Finance ) to join our dynamic team. The  ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being,  ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead techno-functional analysis, solution design, and configuration for Oracle R12 Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and SLA. Analyze finance and accounting business requirements and translate them into functional designs, technical specifications, and system enhancements. Configure Oracle Financials setups, support period closing activities, and ensure accurate accounting flow between subledgers and General Ledger. Design, review, and troubleshoot technical objects, integrations, SQL/PLSQL queries, interfaces, reports, and accounting-related issues. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure data integrity and compliance, and provide guidance and mentoring to functional and technical team members. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 4–7 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, particularly in Financial modules. • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and Subledger Accounting (SLA). • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and interface troubleshooting. • Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, and data flows in financial modules.
