📋 Description • Identify and build relationships with civic, advocacy, and community orgs across target markets. • Build and manage distribution partnerships with civic groups and nonprofits. • Map local nonprofit landscapes to find voter-engagement partners. • Provide ready-to-use assets for partner adoption (flyers, copy, QR codes). • Coordinate distribution moments with community events and calendars. • Recruit campus representatives and endorsements for Change.vote ecosystem. 🎯 Requirements • Existing network of civic/advocacy contacts, local/field-level preferred. • Proactive outbound outreach; able to close partnerships independently. • Experience managing volunteers or interns. • Ability to work independently, adapt tactics, and avoid rigid scripts. • AI experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish nice to have. • Target: 2 cycles of campaign/advocacy work in organizing or related fields. 🎁 Benefits • Contract role based in San Francisco (remote work). • Hourly rate: $51.63/hr. • Pay equity-based compensation philosophy. • Commitment to equal opportunity and inclusive hiring. • Supportive accommodations for candidates with disabilities. • Privacy and data protection policies in place.
