Pay: $30–$40 per hour   Schedule:Full-Time or Part-Time hours  Territory: Assigned Maryland Counties    About Circle Care Services   Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We partner closely with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to help families access quality services and support when they need it most. .    About the Role   As an Outreach Liaison, you will build relationships with healthcare providers and community partners throughout your assigned territory with the goal of increasing referrals for Circle Care Services. You will serve as an ambassador for the organization by educating referral sources about our ABA services, maintaining strong provider relationships, and helping connect families with the support they need.   Responsibilities   -Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources -Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners -Educate providers about Circle Care Services and available ABA services -Generate referrals through ongoing provider outreach and relationship development -Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication -Attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities -Track outreach activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpotCollaborate with intake and clinical teams to support a positive referral experience -Represent Circle Care Services professionally within the community       Why You’ll Love Working With Us   -Opportunity to make a meaningful impact for children and families -Supportive and collaborative team environment -Professional growth opportunities -Competitive compensation -Mileage reimbursementAutonomy to build relationships within your territory    Requirements   -Experience in outreach, healthcare, provider relations, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field preferred -Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Comfortable with daily local travelOrganized, self-motivated, and professional -Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
