All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.   The opportunity The Paid Search Specialist will be an integral part of our Paid Media Team. This team member will provide support for many critical aspects of the campaign planning & launch process across our Paid Search advertising campaigns, ranging from audience & keyword research, campaign & ad builds, 3rd party integration setups, ongoing optimization, reporting & analysis, and more. Employment Level : Mid-Level Employment Type:  Contract Location:  India   What you'll do Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including but not limited to Paid Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaign types.  Execute rigorous keyword management - initial keyword research, expansion, refinement, and negative keyword-sculpting to ensure high relevance and low wasted spend. Adjust and refine bid strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition. Confidently navigate campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements. Identify tracking needs or issues for current campaigns and assist other teams in setting up new conversion events or troubleshooting when necessary Improve Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience through ongoing optimizations and best practice implementation. Initiate and manage creative requests to get necessary ad assets from our design team based on channel requirements   Who you are You are a paid media marketer with 3+ years of experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms are a plus) You have a solid understanding of ad platform metrics and what success looks like based on campaign and business goals You have an extensive experience with the various bid strategies and budget management tactics within Google Ads and Bing Ads You are data-driven and analytical, always challenging the status quo to drive better outcomes You can read and comprehend data, with the ability to synthesize and communicate key findings You excel at managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You can learn your way around new tools & interfaces quickly You have both technical & creative curiosity fueling your drive to become a better marketer You can effectively collaborate with a variety of teams across the organization (creative, social, email, marketing ops, BI, engineering, & SEO) You are able to work on US hours You have complete command of the English language (speaking and writing) You have a working laptop with
