It specializes in creating innovative turnkey and white-label solutions for Gaming operators, integrating top gaming products, and supporting clients throughout the licensing process in the Gaming industry. Its deep expertise has enabled successful project launches across multiple international markets. A distributed team of over 400 professionals working across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe. The role is responsible for both operational stability and commercial growth of assigned game providers within the aggregator portfolio. Operational Responsibilities: Own operational stability of assigned providers, including incident management, escalations, and SLA control Maintain and update provider-related documentation, commercial terms, and integration statuses Support internal business units with provider-related consultations, issue resolution, and case analysıs Conduct regular sync meetings with providers Monitor execution of agreements, action points, and delivery timelines Ensure availability and relevance of provider materials, including demos, game descriptions, releases, and promotional assets Coordinate provider promotional campaigns together with Marketing and Account Management teams Prepare regular operational and performance reports for assigned providers Strategic Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and provider distribution across the operator network Develop and execute individual growth strategies for each provider Negotiate improved commercial conditions, exclusive deals, and strategic opportunities Initiate and develop joint marketing and promotional activities with providers Support Sales and Account Management teams with proactive provider promotion Conduct internal presentations, training sessions, and business enablement activities Analyze provider performance and identify growth opportunities Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with providers Build and strengthen long-term strategic relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
