About the Role
As a Warehouse Parts Picker , you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation moving. You’ll accurately pick, prepare, and stage parts for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with precision, and being part of a team that depends on one another.
What You’ll Do
• Accurately pick parts using pick tickets or electronic scanning devices
• Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations
• Verify correct items, quantities, and specifications for each order
• Inspect parts for damage or defects and report issues as needed
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, cherry picker or forklifts
• Stage, label, and prepare parts for packing or shipment
• Help maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies or low stock
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep workflows smooth
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and understanding of quantities and inventory
• Comfort using warehouse equipment and handheld devices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Regular lifting of 20–50 lbs (with assistance or equipment as needed)
• Moderate stress level in a deadline-driven environment
• Active role throughout an 8-hour workday
Employment Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet motor vehicle report standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
