Position Overview As a Payroll Analyst, you will support the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of U.S. and global payroll operations through payroll review, financial reconciliations, equity administration, and global mobility payroll coordination. You will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Benefits, external payroll providers, and the Company's global mobility provider to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, compliantly, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of payroll experience, including experience with multi-state payroll. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, payroll accounting, reconciliations, payroll taxation, and internal controls. Experience processing equity compensation through payroll preferred. Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar payroll system preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. CPP certification is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Review bi-weekly U.S. payroll and monthly global payroll for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final processing and transmission. Analyze payroll registers, audit reports, exception reports, payroll calculations, deductions, and tax impacts to identify discrepancies. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with the Payroll Specialist and Senior Payroll Manager. Support payroll review activities and recommend corrective actions when issues are identified. Escalate significant payroll risks or issues to the Senior Payroll Manager. Partner with Accounting to resolve payroll variances and support accurate financial reporting. Support payroll accrual calculations and financial reporting requirements. Process and reconcile RSU and PSU vesting, distributions and settlements. Ensure accurate payr
