This contract role offers a unique opportunity to step into an end-to-end payroll leadership position, gaining exposure to global payroll practices while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in stabilising and enhancing payroll operations, contribute to process improvements through analytics and automation, and build valuable experience in a dynamic and growing organisation. The role provides hands-on experience with advanced payroll systems, vendor management, and strategic reporting, making it an excellent platform for professional growth. Your key responsibilities as an Senior Payroll Executive will include: Managing and executing end-to-end monthly payroll operations for India in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors Validating payroll inputs, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance Reviewing payroll reports and delivering clear analytical insights for management decision-making Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and supporting audits and filings Preparing payroll journals, reconciliations, Full & Final settlements, and coordinating salary disbursements Driving process improvements through automation, analytics, and efficient payroll governance practices You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Senior Payroll Executive: You will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations within fast-paced or corporate environment You will have strong knowledge of India payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements You will have experience working with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday, Allsec, or similar platforms You will be highly proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage payroll timelines with accuracy and confidentiality
