Pay Range: Targeted Salary $50,400 annually, based on experience. Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Yes – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule Travel: May be required Position Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Pediatric Development Counselor to join our team and support the developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will partner with families, healthcare providers, educators, and community resources to assess developmental needs, create individualized intervention plans, and provide guidance that promotes healthy growth and lifelong success. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for children and families, possesses excellent communication and counseling skills, and is committed to delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
