We are now seeking a proactive and strategic People Team Business Partner to join our growing team. The People Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to designated business units across the organisation, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role provides comprehensive HR guidance to support effective leadership and team performance. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role will oversee HR support across the US (including New York, Los Angeles, Florida and Miami), while being based in the New York office. The position operates in a multi-site, highly collaborative environment, working across agencies and functions.
