The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People team at one of Indonesia's leading law firms. As a member of the team, you will have the chance to support both the local and regional teams across a range of People functions, while deepening your understanding of Human Resources within the legal sector.

The internship period will be a minimum of 6 months on a full-time working hour (Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM).
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates regarding their availability
• Represent the firm at campus recruitment events
Onboarding Activities
• Plan and organise the induction schedule.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare the necessary logistics.
• Provide support during onboarding presentations.
• Welcome new employees on their first day
Additional HR Responsibilities
• Maintain an accurate and well-organised People system (Workday)
• Assist with the drafting of HR correspondence and letters
• Participate in weekly People meetings and contribute constructive input
• Generate and update monthly and ad hoc reports as required
• Plan and coordinate team-building events, team lunches, and meetings as needed
• Participate in ad hoc People projects and initiatives
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
• Ensure the timely processing of invoices and reimbursements
Skills:
• Final-year student in Management or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
