Company: Mercer Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative consulting professional to join our   European Consulting Team   as   a   People   Strategy Consultant . In this role, you will contribute to strategic HR consulting projects for   global   organizations   and   our   Marsh   partners   across Europe , working   on a broad range   of talent,   rewar d s   and organization design   related initiatives. Depending on your experience,   the role   will   cover the full consulting project lifecycle or selected stages of it ,   including :   identifying   and developing project opportunities,   preparing   and presenting proposals,   and executing   projects directly with   Client s .   You are going to collaborate with representatives of   international organizations with headquarters across   Europe   or   subsidiaries of global   businesses.   Y ou will work   closely   with   our   colleagues across the   region and receive support from our   global network of specialists . This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and offered as a hybrid position. We will count on you to: • Drive   consulting projects across talent,   rewards,   and organization design   topics. • Consult   Client s   on   developing and implementing people and   rewards related   strategies . • Prepare high-quality   Client   presentations, reports, and workshop materials. • Conduct   research, analysis, and benchmarking to generate clear and actionable insights. • Build and   maintain   trusted relationships with   our   Client s   and internal stakeholders. • Coordinate and support project delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies. • Identify   opportunities to deepen   Client   relationships and support business growth. • Collaborate effectively with cross-European teams and the Warsaw hub to deliver projects end to end. What you need to have: • A strong consulting background, ideally gained in consulting, professional services, or a strategic in-house advisory environment. • 4 + years of relevant experience in consulting, HR advisory, people strategy, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise recommendations. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and   Client -facing skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across international teams. • Fluent English, both written and spoken. What makes you stand out: • Experience   advising   Client s   on broader talent strategy,   rewards,   organization design, HR   transformation,   or   related consulting areas. • A commercial mindset and confidence in working with senior stakeholders. • Experience   managing projects end - to - end and coordinating across multiple teams. • Strong data skills and the ability to turn insights into practical business recommendations. • Proficiency   in another European   language,   would be an advantage. • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
