InCare is seeking a Per Diem Hospital Medicine Physician to provide coverage at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital, Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital, and/or the inpatient rehabilitation floor at St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua . This flexible opportunity is ideal for physicians looking to supplement their practice while working alongside a collaborative team in a supportive rehabilitation setting. Basic PM&R training will be provided. Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage medically complex patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting Perform admissions, daily follow-up visits, and discharges Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and case management teams Coordinate care with consulting specialists as needed Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record Promote safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care Qualifications: Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration Hospital medicine or post-acute care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
