Description
The Single-Family Office is a private entity established to manage the financial, legal, and personal affairs of one wealthy family exclusively. It oversees the family’s investments and long-term interests across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets. With a disciplined and long-term approach, the SFO focuses on capital preservation, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships aligned with the family’s vision.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, executive directors, and key employees.
• Coordinate visa applications and related immigration documentation when required.
• Manage the Shareholder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder.
• Organize luxury travel experiences, including private aviation, exclusive expeditions, bespoke itineraries, and high-end accommodations.
• Monitor travel logistics and provide 24/7 support during international travel to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Arrange medical travel, international health check-ups, and related healthcare appointments.
• Plan and coordinate both corporate and private events for the Shareholder and the Single Family Office (SFO).
• Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of birthday and Christmas gifts for partners, employees, and family members on behalf of the Shareholder.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and business information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian .
• Valid EU passport is required.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally for approximately one month per quarter .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, including providing support during international travel.
