We are looking for someone who understands the business, sees what's slowing it down, and has the judgment and confidence to act on it. Who You Are Entrepreneurial. You think like an owner. You see gaps and close them without being asked. Confident. You share your perspective directly, whether it's about how the CEO's time is being spent, a decision that warrants a second look, or a stakeholder relationship that needs attention. Commercially literate. You understand how the consulting business and SaaS ventures generate value, and you absorb context quickly. Solutions-oriented. You bring recommendations, not just options. Trusted. People share information with you because they know it lands well and stays where it should. What You'll Do Be a thinking partner Sit close enough to the business to offer a perspective on priorities, people, and where the CEO's time is going Bring proposals, and solutions to problems. If you're flagging something, you've already thought about how to solve it Flag when commitments and stated priorities are out of sync Remove blockers Identify what's slowing things down - stalled decisions, unanswered threads, meetings that don't need to happen, and clear them Make decisions on the CEO's behalf when he's unreachable, and own the outcome Improve how the CEO's office runs without being asked Protect the CEO's time and turn it into outcomes Treat the CEO's time as the company's scarcest resource and shape his week around what actually matters Act as a credible front door for clients, partners, and internal leaders - keep important relationships and threads moving forward Make sure the CEO walks into every conversation prepared, and that decisions made in the room translate into follow-through from the people who own them Handle business and personal logistics end-to-end Travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries, including when plans change Personal logistics that would otherwise consume the CEO's time Absolute discretion with confidential matters Run point on special projects Lead ad-hoc initiatives across all business engagements Coordinate across teams if there’s no clear ownership What We're Looking For 3+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a founder/operator-adjacent role Examples of owning outcomes that weren't strictly in your job description Confident with strong commercial instincts and exposure to business strategy Comfortable offering a different point of view to senior people in the company Exceptional written and spoken English High discretion, trust, and professionalism Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-moving CEO Why You'll Love Working Here Y
