Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team to help establish and develop pharmacy services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our physicians on a wide range of pharmaceutical and therapeutic issues. Pharmacist Responsibilities & Duties • Provide expert advice and support on pharmaceutical and therapeutic issues • Conduct regular assessments for pharmaceutical needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and trends, including new drugs and treatments • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions • Prepare and deliver presentations to physicians, stakeholders and other key decision makers • Contribute to the development of Clinic strategies and processes to improve the quality of our services • Act as a subject matter expert in pharmacy management Pharmacist Qualifications & Skills • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed pharmacist • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and therapies, including the latest developments and trends in the industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions • Ability to deliver presentations and training sessions to a variety of audiences • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in successfully starting-up a pharmacy operation Physical Requirements • Has manual and finger dexterity; • Able to speak and hear; • Has near visual acuity; • Able to speak English fluently; • Has color vision and depth perception; • Has full range of motion in back.
