Now Hiring: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Appleton (assist in nearby clinics as needed) As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely. What You’ll Do: • Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians • Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs • Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions • Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories • Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health • Assist with in-office procedures, as needed What You Bring: • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner • Current WI licensure • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues • A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities • An interest in ENT services and procedures • A valid driver's license is required • Work in our Appleton Clinic, ability to help in Green Bay or Plover clinics, as needed Why Choose ADVENT: • Up to 22 days PTO (prorated first year) for full time + paid holidays + CEU days and dollars • Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA for full time • 401k match & life insurance • Regular business hours—no nights or weekends • A culture that values solutions and encourages growth • 24-40 hours a week; open to part time or full time • Explore more at ADVENT Careers
